Bread is one of the oldest form of cuisine. Fermentation has always been used through history until now and we use the same process and the same basic ingredients to create a product we know as 'Bread'.
Our aim is to use fresh products, naturally slow fermented which gives a wider bouquet of flavour and an easier digestion.
